123WEBSHOP started in early 2005 as one of the sharpest priced suppliers for webshop solutions in The Netherlands. Now, in 2013, we are one of the larger parties in webshop solutions with over 1500 clients in the Netherlands.

Thanks to how our company structure is set up we can offer our services at competitive prices without loss of quality or reliability. Despite the low cost, quality service and good customer support is key to us.

Our goal for the future is to maintain our position and grow even more. In order to achieve this we are continuously working on expanding and improving our services.

All our servers are carefully checked by our monitoring system. In case of emergencies, our staff are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you will get a repsonse as soon as possible.

Our special support desk system records the history of your queries & makes them directly available to our help team, this is so we're able to offer you the best possible support. We constantly strive to better and further improve our services. We develop all our software in house, so that we can apply the latest techniques in our solutions. We do not use standard software packages, so that we can incorporate our clients wishes into our software without becoming dependent on third parties. Another advantage is that if there are any problems we can act immediately, because we know exactly where the problem can be found in the software.
